1. How do you select tutors?

All tutors need to pass a three-stage review process. This involves a review form based on our rigorous criteria, a phone discussion and finally a successful face-to-face discussion. All tutors have current Working with Children Checks. Tutors are registered with us based on their academic background, skill level and experience, personality, manner, motivation and reliability.

2. What type of tutors do you have available?

We have a large range of tutors registered with us to fit most peoples needs. Tutors are qualified teachers, university graduates with relevant degrees or university students undertaking study in related disciplines.

3. How much does tutoring costs?

Costs of tutors vary depending on the level of experience, educational background and ability of the tutor. Please contact us to discuss in further detail.

4. How do I know you will find me the most appropriate tutor?

We have a excellent knowledge of tutor’s characteristics, experience and qualifications. We will recommend the most suitable tutor based on your requirements regarding the student’s current ability, strengths, weaknesses or special requirements, subject, level, location & availability.

5. What times are tutors available?

Tutors are available year-round, 7 days a week, for morning, afternoon or evening sessions.

6. Can I speak to the tutor first?

Absolutely. The tutor will call you to introduce themselves and to discuss your requirements. You and the tutor make the decision to proceed.

7. What if the student doesn't get along with the tutor (or vice versa)?

Let us know what went wrong and we’ll recommend a replacement tutor.
