What happens then?
1.
If you have contacted us via email we will contact you to confirm
your details and gather any other relevant information.
2. We conduct a search of our database
and locate the tutor(s) available within your area.
3. We then contact you within 2-3 working days with details
of the proposed tutor based on your requirements, our recommendations
and tutor availability. We will also confirm the cost of the tutor
at this time.
4. If you you would like to proceed with the tutor selected
we require the following information at this point:
- Confirmation of your full address, contact
details and any relevant additional information.
- Your VISA or MasterCard details. We
require these details at this point to allow you access to our
service i.e tutors, and to secure the booking. No charges are
made to your credit card at this point.
(Note: If you are a Government Organisation, Insurance Company,
etc please contact us directly to discuss alternative payment
options).
5. The tutor will call you to introduce him or herself and to
discuss student's requirements. At this stage, if you're both happy
to proceed, a date and time for the first lesson will be confirmed.
6. All the above has occurred absolutely
obligation FREE.
7. Details will then be sent by post or e-mail confirming
the terms and conditions under which the tuition can or will take
place.
8. Signature on the tutor's time sheets both acknowledges
the terms and conditions under which the tuition takes place and
confirms the length, and therefore cost, of each particular tuition
period.
9. Tutoring For Excellence will apply
a charge to your credit card (calendar) monthly, at the end of the
month, in which the tuition occurred, for the tuition provided.
No payment to your tutor is required. A receipt for this transaction
will be sent in the post.
10. Payment is accepted by credit
card Visa & MasterCard only. A 2% credit card merchant fee applies
to all credit card payments.
