How do you select your tutors?
Tutors are required to complete a three-stage application
process which involves completing our standardised application
form, be short-listed based on our rigorous agency criteria
and undergo a face-to-face interview. Police records are checked
and all tutors are screened and registered with the Department
of Education's nation wide police checking system - 'working
with children'
Tutors are selected on their academic background, skill level
and experience, personality, manner, motivation and Reliability.

What type of tutors do you have available?
We have a large range of tutors to fit most peoples needs. Our
tutors are qualified teachers, university graduates with relevant
degrees or university students undertaking study in related
disciplines. |

Are there any contracts, upfront fees or lock in periods?
No. You only pay for the lessons you have taken. There are no
upfront agency fees, no hidden costs, and no lock in contract
periods. |

How much does tutoring costs?
Costs of tutors vary depending on the level of experience, educational
background and ability of the tutor. Please contact

How do I know you will find me the most appropriate tutor?
We have an excellent knowledge of our tutors characteristics,
experience and qualifications. We will select the most suitable
tutor based on your requirements regarding the student's current
ability, strength, weaknesses or special requirements, subject,
level, location & availability. |

What times are your tutors available?
We work around your schedule! Tutoring
For Excellence has tutors available year-round, 7 days a week,
for morning, afternoon or evening sessions. We keep ourselves
flexible so our clients can schedule sessions around other important
after-school and weekend activities. Remember, we are here to
serve you. So no matter how hectic your schedule is, we will
be able to cater to your needs. |

How many lessons am I required to have?
You can have as many or as few lessons as you wish. The minimum
time for a lesson is 45 minutes. |

Can I speak to the tutor first?
Yes. The tutor will call you to introduce him or herself and
to discuss your requirements. |

What if the student doesn't get along with the tutor (or vice
versa)?
Let us know what went wrong and we'll find you a replacement
tutor. |
